The Office of Student Affairs in collaboration with the UP PGH-Health Service will hold an Immunization activity for UP Manila Students on 12 April 2024 from 7:30 am to 3:00 p.m at the PGH OPD Building 3rd floor Conference room area (same floor as the UP Health Service).

Applications for School Year 2023-2024 for first year students.
CRITERIA/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Filipino Citizen;
• Single;
• Not employed or engaged in a lucrative occupation;
• In good health as certified by a physician;
• Not already a recipient of any scholarship grant/financial assistance;
• Not a scholar/beneficiary of an educational plan;
• The aggregate monthly income of both parents is not more than Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00);
