Please take note of the SCHEDULE OF ANNUAL PHYSICAL-MEDICAL EXAMS for the ACADEMIC YEAR 2023–2024 if you are an upperclassmen student who has not yet had your APE for the YEAR 2023.

You can obtain the FORMS and INSTRUCTIONS from your college's Office of Student Relations/Services.
