Scholarship Opening for Academic Year 2019-2020.

As AY 2019-2020 opens, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will open the SFAOnline applications on the following dates for UP students who seek additional financial assistance:

Application Period ........................... June 17, 2019 to July 05, 2019

Release of Results ................................ July 06, 2019

Appeals ..................................... July 06 to 12, 2019

RULES TO GOVERN THE “FILIPINO AMERICAN MILITARY MEDICAL OFFICERS SOCIETY (FAMMOS) SCHOLARSHIP”

The scholarship, which is to be funded by “FAMMOS,” shall take effect in the manner specified in Items A-E below. It shall be made available to all students intending to study at the University of the Philippines system-wide.

A. QUALIFICATIONS:

An applicant for the “FAMMOS Scholarship” shall be qualified under the following rules:

All students with Student Number starting with 2017 and 2018, pls claim your Student Handbook at the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), 4th floor Student Center Bldg., Padre Faura corner Ma. Orosa Street....pease bring your Form 5 and ID.

SCHOLARSHIPS OPEN FOR APPLICATION EFFECTIVE FIRST SEMESTER, AY 2019-2020

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Open to Undergraduate (except Freshman) in any Bachelor’s Degree: must have a general weighted average of at least “1.75”.

2. Graduate Filipino students in any Graduate (Master’s and Ph.D. program); must have a general weighted average of at least “1.75”.

BENEFITS: Free school fees except student fund

Undergraduate: Monthly stipend of P2,000.00;
Book allowance of P2,000.00/sem.
