1.Undergraduate Program

QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Must be a natural born Filipino citizen;
b. Must be a bonafide student enrolled in any undergraduate degree program in the University if the Philippines System;
c. Must have obtained a minimum GWA of "1.75" for a load of at least 15 academic units with no grade of "5.00", unremoved "4.0" or "inc" in the semester immediately following the application.

To accommodate students who wish to request for additional financial assistance [Pursuant to Memorandum: RPG 2017-40, issued by the Office of Student Financial Assistance, UP] the online appeals for the Socialized Tuition (ST) System shall again be accessible from September 27 (Wednesday) to October 3, 2017 (Tuesday) via the Student Financial Assistance Online (SFAO) website.

Please take note that:
>> Students who applied for free tuition and/or ST System via SFAO may still appeal for stipend under the ST System;

QUALIFICATION:

1. Must be a bona fide students of the University of the Philippines enrolled in any BS or BA course in Diliman, Los Banos, or Manila;

2. Must be at least Second Year student and must have obtained an average grade of "1.75" or better and must have carried a load of at least 15 units with no grades of "5.0" or unremoved "4.0" or "inc" in the semester immediately preceding the application;

3. Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. the award of the grant must be in the following order of priority :
(a) Educaiton
(b) Medicine
(c) Agricultural Engineering; and
(d) Chemistry;

2. must be a bona fide third year student in the Unversity of the Philippines;

3. must be financially needy (parents' annual gross income do not exceed P200,000.00).

BENEFITS:
Earnings of the Endowment Fund

Deadline: August 31, 2017

Recipients must qualify for admission to the University and must be physically handicapped.

Benefits:
Actual interest earnings of the funds but not exceeding P5,000.00/semester.
