The Annual Physical-Medical Examination (APE) schedule for Upper-Level students for the Academic Year 2024–2025 will start on April 15, 2024, and end on June 30, 2024.
You can obtain the APE permit, forms and Guidelines for Periodic Health Examination at your college's Office of Student Relations/Services.

CRITERIA/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Filipino Citizen;
• Single;
• Not employed or engaged in a lucrative occupation;
• In good health as certified by a physician;
• Not already a recipient of any scholarship grant/financial assistance;
• Not a scholar/beneficiary of an educational plan;
• The aggregate monthly income of both parents is not more than Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00);
