Description

The UP Manila Dormitory is an eight storey dormitory launched in March 2020. It is located beside the College of Allied and Medical Professions. It has 248 bed capacity. The UP Manila Dormitory accepts female undergraduate students only.

The fees for the UP Manila Dormitory will be socialized according to the STS bracket of the admitted residents. Rental fees range from Php 1,500 to Php 5,000 per month.

45% - Place of Permanent Residence

55% - Income Bracket

Requirements

  1. Application form
  2. 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture
  3. Current Form 5
  4. Parent’s Income Tax Return (ITR) or Parent’s Tax Exemption from BIR if parents are unemployed.
