UPAA of Alberta, Canada, Scholarship Grant  AY 2024-2025
We are now accepting applications for UPAA of Alberta, Canada Scholarship Grant for Academic year (2024-2025)
CONDITIONS:
1.  Must be a a natural born Filipino citizen and bona fide Filipino student of the University of the Philippines Manila;
2.  Must be a regular third year level student enrolled in a four (4)-year undergraduate course in the Science, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) program;
3. Must be qualified for Full Discount (FD) of the Grants in Aid (GIA) application through SLASOnline and whose gross family annual income is not more than Php325,000.;
4.  Must have obtained a general weighted average of at least "2.75" with no grade of "5.00" or unremoved "4.00" in the semester immediately preceding the application
5.  Must not be a recipient of any scholarship grant;
6.  Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;
7.  Must hat have been liable in any disciplinary action.

Parents' /Guardian Proof of Income : 
Certification of year level standing - Kindly request certification to your respective Office of the College Secretary.
UP Form 5 for First semester AY 2024-2025 - Kindly request this form to your respective Office of the College Secretary.
True Copy of Grades (TCG) - Kindly request this form to your respective Office of the College Secretary.
Certificate of Good Moral (GMC) -
