Reservation Policy for the OSA Conference Room and OSA Dance Studio

To ensure fair access for all accredited organizations, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) implements the following reservation policy which aims to accommodate the various needs of organizations while maximizing the use of available student space.

To ensure fair access for all accredited organizations, the use of OSA Conference Room and OSA Dance Studio is subject to the following limitations:

Maximum Reservation Time per Organization: 4 hours per day

Maximum Reservation Days per Organization: 3 days per week, not exceeding a total of 2 weeks

Organizations are encouraged to plan their reservations accordingly and be mindful of other groups seeking to use the facility.
