FOR NEW UP MANILA DORMITORY APPLICANTS

Academic Year 2025–2026

In preparation for the hallway renovation project at the UP Manila Dormitory, starting in the First Semester of AY 2025-2026, we would like to inform ALL INCOMING DORMITORY APPLICANTS of the temporary adjustments to our accommodation process.

To ensure the safety and well-being of tenants, the UP Manila Dormitory will operate at limited capacity during this period. Dormitory applications will temporarily be limited to the following high-priority categories:

1. Incoming First-Year UP Qualifiers

2. Students from the Visayas and Mindanao

3. Students under the Student Financial Assistance (STS) Brackets:

             a. Full Discount (FD)

             b. Full Discount with Stipend (FDS)

Applicants who do not fall under these priority categories will be placed on a waitlist and notified once a slot becomes available.

Additional Reminders:

1. Regular updates will be posted on our official Facebook page and website.

2. We highly encourage students to explore alternative housing options nearby as we improve our facilities.
