1st Semester AY 2026-2027

The Office of Student Development Services, in coordination with the University of the Philippines Manila and its various School of Health Sciences campuses, is opening the Student Learning Assistance System (SLAS) Online Application for the First Semester of AY 2026–2027 to accommodate students who may be seeking additional financial assistance through the UP Grants-in-Aid Program (GIAP). Below is the application schedule:

Application Period:

August 17 to 28, 2026

Release of Results:

August 31 to September 4, 2026

Submission of Appeals:

September 7 to 18, 2026

Eligible UP Manila and School of Health Sciences undergraduate students who wish to apply for financial assistance through SLAS Online may file their applications during the application period above. Applicants must use their respective UP Email to access the SLAS Online portal.

Note: Students are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible within the application period to allow sufficient time for review and processing.

Students who encounter issues while filing their applications through SLAS Online may contact the UP Manila Student Financial Assistance (SFA) Helpdesk for assistance.
