The application for the Aruga at Kalinga, Alay ng Pamantasan - Student Uniform Inclusivity Trust (𝑨𝑲𝑨𝑷 𝑺𝑼𝑰𝑻) is now OPEN.

𝑨𝑲𝑨𝑷 𝑺𝑼𝑰𝑻 is a one-time uniform and/or scrub suit allowance program designed to support UP Manila students by covering the cost of two sets of the required uniform and/or scrub suit for their degree or program.

Eligibility:

• Must be a bona fide UP Manila Undergraduate Students, including those enrolled in the SHS Extension Campus;

• SLAS/GIAP Bracket should be PD80, FD or FDS;

• Be at least a second-year standing student of UP Manila.

APPLICATION PERIOD: September 21 to 27, 2026
