Announcement!

The LCCKFI is accepting scholarship applications for School Year 2022-2023.

For this school year, they will be giving 5 SLOTS .

 

This is open for 1ST Year Students only.

 

PREFERRED COURSES/PROGRAMS (BACHELOR’S DEGREE):

Ø  Business Courses (any major)

Ø  Accountancy and other related courses

Ø  Psychology

Ø  Information Technology and other related courses

**Note: Other courses are welcome to apply.

 

CRITERIA/QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø  Filipino Citizen;

Ø  Single;

Ø  Not employed or engaged in a lucrative occupation;

Ø  In good health as certified by a physician;

Ø  Not already a recipient of any scholarship grant/financial assistance;

Ø  Not a scholar/beneficiary of an educational plan;

Ø  The aggregate monthly income of both parents is not more than Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00);

Ø  Of good moral character as certified by the Barangay Chairman of the community where the candidate lives and by the Guidance counselor of the school;

Ø  Will enroll every semester the full load of subjects prescribed by the course he/she will take; and

Ø  Whose general weighted average when he/she graduated from senior high school at least 85% and with no failing or incomplete grade in any subject.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

A.      Initial Screening

Ø  LCCKFI Scholarship Application Form

Ø  Application Letter (addressed to Mr. Leonardo B. Dayao, Executive Director)

Ø  Certified True Copy of SHS Grades

Ø  Latest ITR of Parents or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption or Barangay Certificate of Indigency

 

B.      Final Screening/Completion of Requirements (to be done if the applicant passed the initial screening)

Ø  4 pcs. 2x2 formal pictures

Ø  Certified True Copy of PSA Birth Certificate

Ø  Medical Certificate (issued within last 3 months)

Ø  Certificate of Good Moral Character from School during SHS

Ø  Barangay Clearance

Ø  Notarized Affidavit (not a scholar/beneficiary of other scholarship/financial aid/educational plan)

Ø  Notarized Affidavit (not employed)

Ø  Sketch of Residence

Ø  Course/Program Curriculum
