UP Presidential & UP Leadership Scholarship Opening

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Office of Student Affairs is now accepting applications for the following Scholarship Programs/Grant for AY 2023-2024:

1. UP PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLARSHIP (Undergraduate)

ELIGIBILITY:

- Open to undergraduate (except first years)

- GWA of at least “1.75” for a load of at least 15 academic units with no grade of “5.00”, unremoved :4.0” or INC in the semester immediately following the application 

BENEFITS:

- Free tuition, miscellaneous and laboratory fees 

- Monthly stipend of Php 2,000.00 (Including summer if required in the curriculum) 

- Book allowance per semester of Php 2,000.00 

 

2.  UP Presidential Leadership Scholarship (Undergraduate)

ELIGIBILITY:

- Open to undergraduate (except first years)

- GWA of at least “2.75” for a load of at least 15 academic units with no grade of “5.00”, unremoved :4.0” or INC in the semester immediately following the application 

- must have a potential for leadership as shown in membership in student councils, organizations, debates, clubs, etc.

BENEFITS:

·  Free tuition, miscellaneous and laboratory fees 

·  Monthly stipend of Php 2,000.00 (Including summer if required in the curriculum) 

·  Book allowance per semester of Php 2,000.00 

 

3. UP Presidential Scholarship (Graduate Program - MA/MS)

ELIGIBILITY:

- Open to graduate students enrolled in any MA/MS graduate program offered by UP Manila

- GWA of at least “1.75” for a load of at least 15 academic units with no grade of “5.00”, unremoved :4.0” or INC in the semester immediately following the application 

BENEFITS:

- Free tuition, miscellaneous and laboratory fees 

- Monthly stipend of Php 2,500.00 (Including summer if required in the curriculum) 

- Book allowance per semester of Php 3,000.00 

- Thesis Allowance of Php 5,000.00
